We work hard to get your order out quickly and efficiently. Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

FlipZy currently offers free shipping on orders over $50.

We accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please email hello@flipzy.shop with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact hello@flipzy.shop within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
